How to obtain service for your Comark product:

To ensure the fastest return of your instrument, a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number is required for every instrument sent to Fluke for any type of service. The RMA number allows you to track your instrument and check the status more easily. To obtain your RMA number, contact us by the one of the following methods:

The following information will be required to create a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number:

Method of payment - American Express, MasterCard, & Visa or a valid purchase order

• Ship to address
• Bill to address
• Model & serial number of the instrument
• Type of service you are requesting
